On 25 September 2026, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), led by Ms. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, Chairwoman of FTI, Mr. Mongkol Hengrojanasopon, Chairman of the Institute for Industrial Energy, and FTI executives, welcomed Ms. Ora-uthai Na Chiangmai, Managing Director of Shell Thailand, and her management team for discussions on potential areas of collaboration.
On this occasion, Dr. Maliwan Sukraksa, Committee Member of the Environmental Management Industry Club and a member of the SMI Institute working team, also joined the welcome reception and exchanged views with the participants.
The discussions focused on applying Energy Solutions, AI & Automation 🤖 and digital technologies across the industrial sector to improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance productivity for businesses amid challenges related to energy costs, competitiveness, and rapid technological transformation.
The meeting also explored opportunities to promote the Creative Industry 🎨 by leveraging knowledge, technology, and innovation to create greater value and new opportunities for Thailand’s industrial sector. 🏭
