Membership Application Details for the Environmental Management Industry Group
1. To drive Thailand’s industrial waste management standards toward international standards.
2. To promote the Environmental Management Industry Group so that it becomes widely recognized and accepted in society.
3. To expand high-quality partnerships and memberships within the Environmental Management Industry Group.
4. To cooperate with the government sector in improving laws and regulations to align with international standards.
5. To encourage and support members in obtaining various certifications and standards, such as Eco Factory for WP, etc.
In order to support and enhance the operations of members of The Federation of Thai Industries efficiently, and to strengthen good relationships among members, the Board of Directors of The Federation of Thai Industries passed a resolution on January 27, 2003, to establish the group. The first group regulations came into effect on February 24, 2003, along with the appointment of the first executive committee.
