在 Parliament Building B1层 Seminar Room B1–2，
Environmental Management Industry Club, The Federation of Thai Industries 顾问 Dr. Boonchu Stitmannaithum 受邀担任演讲嘉宾，发表了题为 “Recycling Tax: The Reality of Today” 的专题演讲，并与来自学术界、工业界及回收行业的多位专家交流观点。
本次活动还安排了其他精彩专题，包括 “Global Mechanisms: A Pathway to Thailand’s Tax Survival” 以及 “Co-Designing Thailand’s Tax System for a Circular Economy”。相关主题由资深专家 Dr. Phao Boonyiam（Secretary-General of the Association of Hot Rolled Structural Steel Producers）以及 Mr. Chaiyut Phonsen（President of the Association of Saleng and Second-Hand Goods Shops）担任主讲嘉宾。
本次活动旨在通过举办知识与观点交流研讨会，深入探讨环境税制重构（The Green Tax Shift）及 Domestic Reverse Charge (DRC) 措施，并研究将相关理念应用于 Thailand’s tax system 的可行方向。同时，活动致力于推动 Circular Economy 的发展，并共同提出促进可持续发展的政策建议。此次研讨会吸引了众多企业经营者参与，并就相关议题积极交流意见与观点。
本次研讨会由 Committee on Finance, Fiscal Affairs, Financial Institutions and Financial Markets, House of Representatives 主办。
