- January – December 2027

📋 Program Participation Terms and Conditions
1. Companies that submit the participation form for this program cannot cancel their participation, except in cases where the average total cost of the health check-up under this program is higher than the price offered by a hospital independently selected by the company. In such cases, the selected hospital must be a hospital that accepts Social Security benefits.

2. After completing registration through LINE Official Account: @FTIHC, if you do not receive a response via LINE or email within 5 business days, please contact the program staff. Otherwise, the program will consider that your documents have not been received, and the company will not be entitled to make any claims regarding participation or benefits under the program.
3. Companies participating in the program must agree to allow their employees to have their Social Security eligibility verified and to use their Social Security health-care benefits under this program.
